The Gligora Family invite you to take an intimate guided tour of our award winning dairy on the beautiful Island of Pag in Croatia.
We invite you to come in Kolan to see our production and enjoy our cheese menus in tasting room with beautiful view on the northern part of island. We are open every day (MON-SAT) from 7:00 am till 3:00 pm for invidiual and group visits with the following program:
-welcome & introduction to the heritage of Paški sir
-guided walk through production
-see our maturing cave, 6 meters under ground
-followed by world-class Gligora cheese tasting
-visit our farmhouse shop

Dairy Gligora has all the necessary infrastructure to receive guests in a wheelchair who are also enabled to visit the dairy and join tasting tours.
