The renowned Pag cheese produced from the autochthonous Pag sheep milk and olives in brine, marmalade and fig and blackberry preserves, fi g syrup served as an ice-cream or cake topping are delicacies your palate will certainly not be able to resist.
The Pag cheese enriched with nuts and/or dried fruit is produced by curdling (traditionally) of milk of the autochthonous Pag sheep with the addition of nuts and/or dried fruit after curdling to achieve desired density and left to ripen for three months. Her latest product is curd cheese strudel and fig marmalade strudel. Once you taste it, you will surely never forget it. It will always remind you of Novalja and the woman who prepared it.
